張虔生拜訪陳菊　陳菊：盼日月光儘快提出改善計畫

日月光K7廠會產生含鎳廢水的晶圓製程，昨天遭到高雄市環保局停工，日月光董事長張虔生今天上午率領多位一級主管到高雄市政府拜訪市長陳菊，雙方禮貌性握手，陳菊表示，日月光遭到停工，張董事長和她的心情都是沉重的，張董事長今天到高雄市政府與她面對面溝通，希望是很正向的，張虔生則表示，希望依法儘快復工，保障員工和客戶的權利。

陳菊和張虔生發表短短大約五分鐘的談話後，隨即闢室密談。

高雄市環保局19號收到日月光的陳述書之後，立即以雙掛號寄出停工令，日月光昨天收到停工令後，K7廠會產生鎳廢水的晶圓製程立即停工。

日月光董事長張虔生今天上午11點率領多位一級主管到高雄市政府，拜訪市長陳菊。

陳菊表示，市府環保局對日月光做出停工處分的是艱難又沉重的決定，依法令，沒有人是勝利的，希望日月光儘快提出具體的復工改善計畫；張虔生則表示，很感謝陳菊市長在這麼短的時間內跟他見面，面對面溝通，希望透過這樣的溝通，依法儘快復工，保障客戶和員工的權利。
