房貸為什麼一定要搭配壽險?

請問 我最近辦房貸 貸20年 屋齡30年了 我買的房子是497萬 我頭款拿了72萬 貸款425 可是銀行強制我一定要辦壽險要不然貸不了那麼多錢 是保 保誠人壽保費10萬 所以貸款是435萬 請問是正常的嗎?
保誠人壽 有壽險嗎剛去查怎查不到....
