民進黨必須思考柯文哲政治責任

爭取民進黨提名參選台北市長的律師顧立雄表示，台北市長提名，民進黨應盡速將遊戲規則確定，經中執會同意，要不要納入柯文哲、採一階段或兩階段，他的態度都開放，唯一希望要儘早決定，以利安排何時開始衝刺。民進黨要注意政黨的責任，若柯文哲不必入黨且被納入，將來若出線，無論現在或未來，民進黨是否要為柯負責？包括民進黨公職在大選時要不要幫柯站台？以後柯若有脫序行為或任何問題，民進黨要如何為柯負責，這是政黨必須思考的問題。
