賓館早餐券露餡　小三被揪出嗆元配離婚

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名劉姓女子2011年4月19日翻查黃姓丈夫皮包時，發現有武陵農場停車場收費發票、國民賓館自助餐早餐券，按兵不動的先致電問賓館人員，得知丈夫當晚帶著1名女子投宿，再揪出王姓小三，未料對方竟要求她與丈夫離婚，憤而提出告訴求償。新北地院認定王女已侵害劉女配偶權，判賠40萬，可上訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，劉女掌握事證後質問丈夫「跟誰去？」黃男坦言與王女因業務關係出軌，小三雖認錯但稱「他（黃男）是愛我的」，還要求元配與丈夫離婚。該案刑事方面，法院依相姦罪判王女5個月徒刑，民庭法官也依黃男證詞、刑事判決等，認定王女、黃男偷情，造成劉女精神上痛苦，判賠40萬元。
