請問有關在台灣和大陸兩地互Line訊息的問題

和朋友互傳Line訊息

不過最近這幾天

朋友去大陸上海出差

我打電話詢問中華電信客服

有關資費和對方有無收到Line訊息的問題

客服說

只要我在台灣傳Line

不會另外計費

只是對方在上海能否收到我傳的Line訊息

那就不一定了

不過資費不會變貴

所以我還是姑且一試

透過Line

傳了訊息

給在上海出差的朋友

本來想說不會有回應

應該收不到

沒想到在上海的朋友

有回傳Line訊息給我

表示他有收到

真奇怪

我的手機門號是中華電信

中華電信在大陸應該沒有基地台

想請問

1為何對方能收到

2在大陸想要收到在台灣的友人

所傳的Line訊息

應該做哪些處理
