借錢應適用何種法律？~~
借錢是民事上借貸契約@只適用民法的債務不履行~如果硬以刑法相繩詐欺，可能不會成立！

借錢不還怎麼辦？
1. 先到郵局購買發存證信函一式三份催告對方還錢！
2. 找他家人請求還錢！
3. 去她公司等她!請求還錢！

可否告她？
1. 如果無證據是無法聲請發支付命令
2. 如果無證據是無法民事勝訴！#
3.採取法律行動一定要有證據！
