二代健保補充保費?

依照全民健康保險法，你們是屬於有一定雇主的，公司必需幫你們投保健保，並不能讓你們在公所投保。

公司這樣的作法，可以罰保費的二到四倍的罰款。

依法投保的話，你們並不會有補充保費的問題。

請直接洽詢健保署尋求協助 0800-030-598

另外公司還要幫你們投保就業保險，還要辦理勞退提撥。

你們的薪資也低於基本工資(目前是19047)。

如果要尋求協助的話，可以找縣市政府的勞動條件科或者勞資關係科。
