台中歌劇院給中央，議會有意見

國家表演藝術中心設置條例草案今在立法院表決通過，台中大都會歌劇院併入國家表演藝術中心，由中央接管變成「國家級」，即便市府欣喜，但當初通過產權移轉須有議會同意，在部分議員反對土地無償捐贈，期限內要順利移轉併入，可能仍有變數。

無黨籍議員黃錫嘉批說：「割地賠款，堅決反對！」市府花廿多億興建，大都會歌劇院所在的七期土地也價值驚人，怎可無償拱手讓予中央？親民黨議員段緯宇也罵：「欺人太甚！」

綠營反彈聲浪較小，主要因該黨市長候選人林佳龍大力推動；議員黃國書認為，提昇為國家級，對地方有正面發展，但產權問題及如何與得標OT廠商協調都仍待解決。
