引台韓企業投資 美路州州長將訪亞洲

美國路易斯安那州州長金德爾(Bobby Jindal)8日宣布，他將在11日前往亞洲訪問1個星期，尋求在台灣、日本、南韓建立商業發展與貿易關係。這將是金德爾於2008年上任以來首度展開海外經濟發展之旅。

共和黨籍的金德爾說，他與路易斯安那州經濟發展處主管莫瑞特(Stephen Moret)屆時將會晤10家企業的代表、資深政府官員以及其他人士，討論如何擴大路易斯安那州與相關國家的經濟關係。

根據排定的名單，金德爾將會晤的企業代表，涵蓋能源業、化學業與製造業。

他說，這些業者包括已經在路易斯安那州投資設廠的公司，例如台塑、興磊(Shintech)。

金德爾表示，該州希望吸引外國公司超過260億美元的投資。
