「喬妹」宋慧喬控告整形診所敗訴

【陳穎／綜合報導】「喬妹」宋慧喬、張東健、「少女時代」等共35名韓星，控告韓國一間整形診所濫用他們的肖像當廣告，但韓國法院一審出爐，宣告喬妹及張東健等人敗訴，理由是韓國目前還未對這類糾紛有實質性的法規，只能判藝人敗訴。
 
網友說：「這判決太瞎，濫用他人肖像權還沒事，那以後只會有更多人濫用。」
