（中央社記者翟思嘉台北10日電）雖經多次慰留，海基會副董事長兼秘書長高孔廉因個人生涯規劃，已遞出辭呈，擬在春節後2月6日離職。

海峽交流基金會副秘書長馬紹章表示，高孔廉原本在2012年、前海基會董事長江丙坤卸任後即提出辭呈，但經決策高層及海基會董事長林中森一再慰留，決定暫時留任。

去年高孔廉再萌生辭意，希望藉中秋聯誼期間與台商道別，但又在林中森強力慰留下作罷。

近來，高孔廉又再度表達請辭意願。他認為，從事兩岸工作已26年，眼見兩岸關係朝向和平發展方向穩步邁進，自覺完成階段性任務，加上另有生涯規劃，擬在春節聯誼會與台商道別後，離開海基會副董事長兼秘書長一職。

在高孔廉堅持下，林中森勉予同意，等2月海基會董監事會議通過後，即可生效。

為表彰高孔廉在海基會5年多來的貢獻，海基會將請陸委會報呈總統馬英九，授予勳章。1030110
