酒後購物老闆娘聽嘸　男譙：臭屁給人家X

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名49歲張姓男子日前酒後到便利商店購物，江姓女老闆聽不懂張男所要買的物品，希望張男到別家購買，張男不爽，當場以台語飆罵江婦「幹你娘」、「你娘雞歪」、「你臭屁給人家幹」，江婦不甘受辱提告。
 
張男否認罵人，辯稱當天喝很多酒，不知道發生什麼事，直到10天後，警察找上門，才知道被告；因江婦出示當天張男罵人的監視錄影光碟，並有目擊證人出庭作證，宜蘭地檢署認定張男所辨顯然是卸責之詞，今天依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴江男。
