直徑124公尺 世界最大黑膠唱片將亮相

全世界最大的黑膠唱片即將在美國英格伍德表演館(Inglewood Forum)亮相。

建於1967年、位在美國洛杉磯的英格伍德表演館，可以容納1萬8,000個觀眾，是全美著名的室內活動場地。有許多重要的演唱會或運動比賽都曾在此舉行。

英格伍德表演館在2012年開始翻修，並在屋頂上建造了一個全球最大的黑膠唱片，預定在15日正式揭幕亮相。

這張全世界最大的黑膠唱片，選用的是老鷹合唱團(The Eagles)在1977年的經典暢銷專輯「加州旅館」(Hotel California)。

在表演館15日重新開幕時，老鷹合唱團也將在此舉行6場演唱。

根據了解，這張黑膠唱片直徑124.05公尺，重達25噸。至於它能不能播放，答案是否定的。不過，它會以每小時17公里時速轉動，每天大約1,700架在鄰近的洛杉磯機場起降的飛機，都將可以清楚看到這張黑膠唱片在轉動。
