駕駛車禍肇逃　車牌留現場被笑：白跑了

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮縣安鄉自立路昨晚9時許發生連環車禍，4車連環擦撞所幸並無人受傷，但第4車駕駛疑因酒駕心虛，急忙倒車逃離現場，氣得被撞的計程車陳姓駕駛大罵：「不敢負責是縮頭烏龜」警方處理車禍時卻在計程車下發現肇逃車車牌，笑這笨駕駛「白跑了」還多吃1張公共危險罪的罰單。
 
警方循線要找該名住壽豐鄉的陳姓車主，但車主20小時仍未返家。吉安分局警方表示，依道路交通管理處罰條例第62條規定：「汽車駕駛人駕駛汽車肇事，無人受傷或死亡而未依規定處置者，處1千元以上3千元以下罰鍰；逃逸者，並吊扣其駕駛執照1個月至3個月」，警方呼籲民眾切勿以身試法。
