【葉國吏／綜合報導】震驚社會嘉義醃頭命案，被告陳二哥陳佳富為了詐領保險金，不惜殺害妹妹陳婉婷，法醫表示，陳佳富「放血分屍」，手段相當兇殘。

法醫蕭開平認為，死者陳婉婷頭顱上有傷也有出血，懷疑兇嫌先掐昏陳婉婷後，隨即就分屍。蕭開平表示，因為陳婉婷的屍體上血液沒有完全存在，懷疑陳佳富是「活生生」的將妹妹分屍，甚至先「放血」，所以屍體上才沒有相關斑點出現。
