教長盼學費 回歸常態機制

（中央社記者許秩維台南10日電）教育部長蔣偉寧今天澄清，總統馬英九昨天提到盼學雜費調整回歸常態性機制，並非要民眾「習慣」，教育部已研擬常態調整機制。

103年全國大專校院校長會議於9、10日在台南崑山科技大學舉行，馬總統昨天也到場參與。媒體報導，馬總統昨天表示油電隨市場機制變動，民眾已習慣油價每週調整，盼大學學雜費也能仿油電調整，遭民眾批評「頭殼壞去」。

蔣偉寧出面澄清指出，馬總統昨天提到大學學雜費議題，是希望學雜費建置一個常態性調整機制，並非是要民眾「習慣」；而教育部已研擬常態性學雜費調整制度，希望3月能到立法院報告，盡快建議學雜費調整的常態機制。1030110
